• Assess damage in high
use areas - correct by application of rootzone and or sand

• Mow - keep low and remove
all cuttings

• Scarify - to remove debris that could block off the surface

• Apply hollow tines - to improve drainage

• Top-dress - to help maintain drainage and encourage root formation

• Re-seed - using the right seed to promote new growth

• Sand-slitting - to improve drainage where required

• Line-marking - refresh or renew lines to assist players, referees and to generally improve appearance

• Irrigate - when dry conditions prevail ensure that the surface is well watered to promote highest rate of growth
